Obtaining high-resolution models requires not only a top-class microscope, but also careful data analysis. In addition, strict adherence to sample preparation methods is necessary.\u00a0<\/p><p>Structural data are of great importance for the understanding of mechanisms of function and of changes in the activity of protein molecules. The acquired knowledge serves as the basis for molecular modeling, planning of new experiments, and computer design of new medicines.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div
