Investigation of physical mechanisms of elementary  processes  in condensed   media    and    in    biological    systems.   Molecular dynamics of oligopeptides and physiologically active molecules. Energy transduction and information transfer molecular mechanisms. General physical theory of biopolymers structure,  dynamics  and  functions. Mossbauer spectroscopy  of  proteins and theoretical  investigation  of  molecular  dynamics  of  proteins. Theoretical investigation of electron  transfer in photosynthetic reaction center and in model systems.

during conformational trasitions in olygopeptides.
